Here is Shrink O’Matic, my new AIR application!
Simply drag and drop images on it and they’ll be resized as you wish.
More info on the project page…
I’ve also set up a new projects‘ page listing AIR apps and more.
Concerning the source code, it’s not available but you can find parts of it in a brand new Google Code project where I’ve added (and I’ll keep on adding) classes I use.
Windows 7, but I finally figured it out. It didn’t accept a name I had on a watermark. I just renamed it and it works again. Very strange. The same titled watermark worked in PS and Gimp.
Thank you so much for your quick reply!

Well done with this tool, it does the job easily, great user interface and funky design! As a previous poster said, this is great for website design clients who want to update their own website without shelling out for a photoshop licence. Nice and simple, add a crop feature and thats all thats needed to optimize jpgs. I have recommended shrink-o-matic on my website design blog at https://www.wordpresssupporthub.com
